Peace-cyprus.org, which was launched on the 16th of June 2000, with the goal of using technology to promote peace-building efforts in Cyprus has added new pages about the Villagers Reunion Meeting of July 1, 2000. You can find several resources about this historic event at

These include:
- Announcements by the organizers of the event - Radio programs featuring the event - List of mixed villages as of 1960 - Accounts of the event including photographs and a five-minute video
We also have built an on-line forum which has five areas at the moment. These are:
- Education: Discussions about education issues. Example of topics can be the teaching of history and how that can facilitate peace building. - Memories: Specifically for sharing past memories of friendship among all people of Cyprus - Peace: A general forum about peace-building in Cyprus where you can share your views with others. - Project Ideas: For posting and discussing ideas for bi-communal projects and for searching people to cooperate in a project idea that you may have. - Youth Club: A forum especially for the youth of Cyprus from all communities. To share ideas and have fun.
