Kazafani Reunion The co-villagers of Kazafani could not meet on the 1st of July. The Turkish Cypriots although they had managed to arrive at the check point for some technical reason were not allowed to cross over to the Pergamos Park. With the help of the young organisers of the the meeting they did arrange another meeting. This time it was succesfull. Greek and Turkish Cypriots met each other for the first time affter 26 years. So much to tell… so many stories of bitterness and happiness… They promise they will soon meet again. .. As for those who were not there, mobile telephones had been very busy. At last I can call my friend in the other side.
